June 18, 1994: Prior to the loss of Mars Observer the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, CA, published a newsletter called The Mars Observer. We reprint here the information on how to get on the mailing list for this newsletter. Perhaps you can write and get on a mailing list for future NASA Mars mission newsletters. -- K. Edgett
